Refund and Returns
Refund
We will issue a refund or re-shipment if:
- You did not receive your order within the stipulated time frame listed on our shipping page (not including 2-5-day processing days.)
- Your item was never delivered or got damaged during the delivery process
We will not issue a refund if:
- Your order is delayed due to factors beyond our control eg. natural disaster resulting in longer shipping time.
- Wrong address
- Address misspelled or incorrectly abbreviated
Returns
We accept returns if:
- A request is made within 30 days after delivery
- You received the wrong item
- You are not totally satisfied with your purchase
- Parts of your order is missing
- Send us an email using our contact us form and we reach out to you very quickly
- Please forgive us that we are unable to bear the return cost other than our negligence but we do provide free to you
- We will not accept a return if:
- A request is made after 30 days after delivery
- The original packaging in damage or missing
- The hair was already installed (you may qualify for our WEAR ASSURANCE)
