Refund

 

We will issue a refund or re-shipment if:

  • You did not receive your order within the stipulated time frame listed on our shipping page (not including 2-5-day processing days.)
  • Your item was never delivered or got damaged during the delivery process

We will not issue a refund if:

  • Your order is delayed due to factors beyond our control eg. natural disaster resulting in longer shipping time.
  • Wrong address
  • Address misspelled or incorrectly abbreviated

Returns

We accept returns if:

  • A request is made within 30 days after delivery
  • You received the wrong item
  • You are not totally satisfied with your purchase 
  • Parts of your order is missing
  • Send us an email using our contact us form and we reach out to you very quickly 
  • Please  forgive  us that we are unable to bear the return cost other than our negligence but we do provide free to you       
  •                                                                    We will not accept a return if:
  • A request is made after 30 days after delivery
  • The original packaging in damage or missing
  • The hair was already installed (you may qualify for our WEAR ASSURANCE)
